These gluten-free oats have been rolled into flat flakes which mean they are perfect for making traditional porridge or used in baking such as gluten-free flapjacks.
Our oats are packed with carbohydrates which help to support the recovery process after exercise.1 They also provide a source of fibre and 11g of protein which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.2
- Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

When to enjoy the 100% Gluten-Free Rolled Oats?
To enjoy your gluten-free oats in the morning as porridge, simply mix one scoop (50g) with 200ml of water or plant-based milk, and cook for 2 minutes in a microwave. Based on 800W microwave. Caution: Product will be hot.

Not the same
These used to be WHOLE rolled oats. Ordered 4 packs recently and discovered the exact same product is now crushed rolled oats that are broken up. Very disappointing. Be warned.
Gluten free perfect!
I'm at the beginning of my journey now on a Gluten free diet, and making changes to previous food items. I'm so glad I found My Vegan. I ordered these oats and they arrived the next day, I didn't hesitate to make my favourite homemade granola! These oats are lovely, excellent value for money too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

More Porridge Please!
My first ever purchase from My Vegan contained the tastiest most easily cooked oats yet. My Grandson & I eat porridge every morning so discovering a finer non gluten oat source has made our mouths & tummies smile. As we consume copious amounts this 5kg bag of delight shall provide us for a long time. I heat up coconut, almond, oat and if a decent price hazelnut milk then add the fine oats occasionally stirring till a thickened consistency. Then I add coconut oil and ground almond. As is my porridge making habit I also sprinkle in a little (forgot already contains) cinnamon. This begs the question to My Vegan team of how much cinnamon is ok to consume!? In my bowl awaiting for the hot wonder will be a handful of blueberries, pomegranate seeds or black grapes. I truly look forward to eating my daily porridge & if a batch has been prepared the evening before I cannot resist a few spoonfuls! I know my Grandson will fully enjoy his nursery time with his special breakfast porridge. I am the never ending porridge pot provider thanks to these excellent tasty oats. We both thank My Vegan!

Great product!! I’m gluten free which means it can be hard to find good quality products but these oats are lovely, also not to expensive & a good quantity as well. Defo recommend - Handy for baking!
