5I've read about Vitamin b12 before & knew i wanted to try it but kept forgetting. The few few days of using the supplement i felt much the same but then i got a huge burst of energy, more energy than I've felt in years 😊 Would definitely recommend to anyone feeling sluggish. Will be buying again.
