sunshine drops!
5I normally work outdoors all day every day, however this year i've had 3 major nerve operations in my arm meaning getting enough sunlight has been a real issue for me and i've really noticed the difference! After a few weeks of 1 a day i'm feeling amazing, general energy and mood restored!
What I was looking for
5This was exactly what I've been looking for, but couldn't find a good vegan source. As soon as I found this brand, I immediately searched for vitamin D, and was so happy I found it! A dose of 1000IU is what I was looking for, too! The softgels are really small, very easy to swallow, and distinguishable from other softgels or capsules.
