Super Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 150ml plant milk
- 5g Green Superfood Blend (flavour of your choice)
- 1-2 handfuls spinach/kale
- 1 whole kiwi - skin and all - no waste
- Chopped banana
- 1 scoop Soy Protein Isolate
- (Optional) Flaxseed Powder for extra texture
- Ice if desired
Method
