1. Chia Jam Toast Recipe
Ingredients
- 200g of strawberries
- 2tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
- 1tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- All-Natural Peanut Butter
- Bread
Method
- Place the strawberries in a bowl and mash roughly with a fork.
- Add Organic Chia Seeds and Sugar-Free Maple Syrup into the bowl and stir.
- Add additional chia seeds depending on your desired thickness of jam.
2. Caramelised Apple Toast Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples (peeled, cored & sliced)
- 1tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- All-Natural Peanut Butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 100ml of water
- Bread
Method
- Place apples and water into a pot, and cook on a medium heat. Add the Sugar-Free Maple Syrup and cinnamon, stirring occasionally until semi-soft.
- Once the apples are semi-soft, remove from the hob and set aside to cool.
3. Peanut Butter & Banana Toast Recipe

- Bread
- Banana
- Cinnamon

Method
- Toast the bread and slice banana
